• A single story shopping center
• Located in a stable area and/or an area with growth potential
• Priced from $10,000,000 to $20,000,000
• Prefer dealing with principals but will consider broker represented properties as well

If a property meets the above criteria, we start with a letter of intent, move on to a purchase agreement, and then on to closing. A closing under normal circumstances usually takes place 90 days after full execution of the purchase agreement.
